Cornerstone Properties was founded in 1987.  Established originally as a property management company specializing in rental and investment property management, Cornerstone Properties has grown to become one of Vancouver Islands largest and best full service Real Estate companies.

We offer our clients the entire spectrum of Real Estate services under one roof. 

Our Strata management arm is one of the largest on Vancouver Island, with over 4000 units under management.

Our investment property arm handles over 1000 rental properties for individual owners throughout the greater Victoria area and up Island.

Our commercial management arm handles a portfolio of B and C office space as well as retail, shopping centre, recreation and marina management services.
